Disclosure: I drive a Lexus IS350C. Previous owner of other luxury/sport vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, and others. I have no personal connections with anyone from this dealership. I write this review only because I felt compelled after the honest and exceptional service they provided to me.

The service at Lexus at Nashville is phenomenal. I took my car in one night due to a problem with my convertible’s hardtop (actually my care of the hardtop) and was expecting this to be at least a weeklong repair. Instead, I was notified the next day (a Saturday) that the problem was already fixed and that they will also have the safety recall taken care of by the time I picked up my vehicle. The fact that no major repair was really needed I found to be especially trustworthy. Ask for Eric Jones, I don't know where they found this guy, but they need ten more of him. He is the epitome of exceptional service and attention to detail. Everyone from the receptionist’s desk to Eric cannot be spoken more highly of – it is, I’m convinced, the result of a department very well run. I’ve had service with Mercedes, BMW, and others, and while they were all great, Lexus distinctly surpasses them all. 

Look no further.

Excellent dealership!  Took very good care of me and my Lexus.  Particularly liked dealing with Kevin my service advisor as well as Zach in service dept and Tyler as parts manager.  They all treated me exceptionally well. 10 Stars🌟

Just bad service. Girl was on her cell phone texting instead of doing her job. I was standing in front of her at the service desk and she just sat on her phone. They are beyond rude. I had issues when I first got my car with them lying and refusing to inspect the car. (They claimed those people have since been fired)Now the clear coat is coming off my car I opened a case went and had my car inspected they never reached back out. I call customer service again  they act like they just never submitted the paperwork. Now they opened another case and I am waiting on a response. I have to go get another inspection. This is my third RX and my entire family drives Lexus vehicles. You think they would treat their returning customers better.

I would not recommend this dealer for out-of-town purchases, because you may waste a trip.  

I made an offer over the phone, but the salesperson botched it.   He did not know what "walk-out price" meant.  Afterwards, he would not return my calls, even though I kept getting inquiries from the coordinator as to when I would be coming down to look at the vehicle.

Bottom line: they knew they could sell the vehicle without having to show basic courtesy to everyone.  I hope I am wrong, but I would not trust them to keep their word in other matters.

Worst place I have ever dealt with. Was lied to and still haven't heard back. Wouldn't recommend anyone here even with a recall.
