I received my order but their were no instructions on how to install it.  I reached out to the parts dept on if the instructions were missing or if I needed to bring it into the dealership and got no response.  
This is my 2nd experience with the service dept. and my first was not much better.  Last time I stood waiting to be helped for 5-10 min. with not one service person acknowledging me.  I understand some of them were with clients but a quick “we’ll be with you in a minute” would have been appreciated.

I did mot receive the parts I ordered and paid for.. I sent 3 requests to correct the situation and have not received a response.
