I will give this store 0 star rating if I could worst Job ever pretty much top Gap Outlets an I hate it work with them. I have never worked with staff of people that we’re so mean to customers and dint care to help them out. Employment with sears is awful they want you to bother people to sign up for Shop Your way and Credit Cars so the company will make money. Plus I didn’t get any help from nobody just only from Pam she’s the only one who instructed me step by step working with the register. The managers are so incompetent that won’t give their faces to customers that need to deal with. Two of them are Ray David and Aziz. Don’t even bother buying in the store. Is just awful an the prices aren’t the great

Buying appliances has certainly changed. Zero back stock, so if your appliance gives up after 366 days of operation don't plan on doing it the old fashioned way. You can buy your appliances 'today' but you'll have to wait on the appliances for 4 or 5 days.

Placed order for two mattresses two locations.  They delivered to first location 3 days early and pleaded to leave it but did not assemble it; then for the second location the driver called to say the box springs were wrong size for the mattress; but home delivery services could not be of any assistance.  Call store where they ordered for me and there is no answer in the mattress department during business hours.  Big "F"

Bad customer service bad Mechanic this place is terrible All customer service waiting at lest 2 or 3 days after that the service gays he asked me to go to another shop 😠😠
