I bought some dress shoes, but I wanted to return them. When I got there, after waiting a long time in line, the cashier lady told me that I can't return them because it "looks" worn because there was dust that collected on the bottom of the shoes that was already there from people trying them on. I've never even worn them outside once. She called the manager up, but it was hopeless. The manager told me that she can't take it back because OTHER customers wouldn't want it when you can easily wipe off the dust on the bottom of the shoes. Absolutely horrible. They have zero concern for their customers. Never buying from here again.

I haven't bought a suite in ages, so wasn't sure what to expect, but my son needed a suit, so we stopped by here. Found what we needed pretty easily, as there was a decent selection of reasonably priced suits. I wasn't looking at anything fancy. It looked good, fit well, and was priced right. Can't ask for much more. Went at dinner time, so the story not busy at all. I saw only one employee, and had to look for him when I had a few questions, but he was very pleasant and helpful. After reading some of the reviews here, I was cautious about the cost of tailoring, but the store employee pointed me to the pricing on the wall, which was very clear. He even suggested that we didn't have to get it tailored there. I knew that, but nice to hear from an employee. The "low" prices on the signs only apply to certain suits, so don't get too excited unless you happen to want exactly what they're advertising. But when I went, they were offering $20 off $100 or more, and the cashier offered me that even though I had forgotten about it (saw it on their website). Again, very helpful. They do push their rewards card, which I normally don't sign up for, but he told me I'd get extra discounts. I neglected to ask how much. found out later it was only $5. I would have skipped it because they take your info and will continue to market to you, including selling your info, I'm sure. I don't hold it against K&G, as tons of retailers do that these days. It's an annoying part of getting low cost goods. Overall, though, definitely worth a trip if you need a suit.

Awesome deals, great staff! If I could change one thing I would add more floor associates. I had great help once I found someone to help me. But I did roam around for a little while looking for shoes. Overall great experience and well worth the money.

Big store ok selection, colorful options. Good for a last minute option. The tailor is way over priced. And I mean not even close to a good job or a good deal. Unless you are absolutely stuck buy the stuff here, tailor it at a place that knows what they are doing.

Did not feel welcomed in this store. Felt like the employees were looking down their noses at us. When we asked for assistance we were ignored. Not the best of experiences.
