Prompt professional courteous, I'd prefer using them over my own Primary Care Dr. but that's not possible. In my case they exceed my own personal doctor in care, understanding, and communications by a long shot... refreshing

Excellent facility.  Longer wait than expected, but service was great.  Nurse practitioner Mike Zappulla was very thorough and caring!!

I neeed to be seen right away. The staff at Creve Coeur Urgent Care were friendly, comforting and informative. I felt as at home there as I feel at my own doctor's office.  Their care was thorough and they helped me treat a situation very effectively. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Most definitely yes.

Worst experience ever, made an appointment here 2 WEEKS BACK with Dr Narayan to be seen as a PCP, the appointment was at 11:15 and the receptionist asked me to repeatedly come at 11:00 am and I checked in at the required time. Took my vitals and told me to be seated in a room and said won't be long. At 11:35 am when I went and checked at the front desk the doctor still wasn't available, I told her I have to get back to work and she said doctor will be with me by 11:45. It was 11:50 the doctor didn't show and at this stage I wasn't going to wait any longer so requested the refund of the copay , which they did.
So thanks for wasting my time and money spent on the fuel.
Have some respect for people's time ! 
ATLEAST I COULD HAVE SEEN SOME OTHER DOCTOR BY NOW!!
