The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have some interesting dog toys that I haven't been able to find at Petsmart and we were able to find food that our picky cats liked.

Once my dog unfortunately waited until we were in the store to poop. The employee working was very friendly and provided me with everything I needed to clean up the mess.  I appreciated that.

Pricey products. Polite staff. It's not located properly. Easy to overlook this place while there are other supply stores close by.

Staff are always helpful and call when my orders have arrived. The variety is poor compared to their other location, though much better than your pet store chains.

The staff is super knowledgeable and ready to help.
I've been struggling to find a toy that my dog won't destroy and they showed me great options (west paw). He loves the toys I bought and hasn't destroyed them.
The groomer does a great job on my dog's nails. He doesn't mind going in at all for a trim.

Very nice staff that really want to help you find whatever you need. Went in with a friend looking for a dog coat and found the perfect one.
