Waited longer than average - even when there were open tables when we arrived middle of a Sunday... If we were just given a reason why we couldn't be seated it would have been 90% less of a big deal. Food (burger) was good and our waitress was good otherwise I'd have given 0. Hopefully next time I go, the communication and/or time to table will be better.

We normally like coming here, but tonight was different. While we were seated promptly and ordered fine, our appetizer (nachos) came out less than 2 minutes ahead of our meals. We had one set of silverware at our table and our oldest son had used the napkin to wipe pop off the outside of his cup when he received it, so I asked the server who brought us nachos (not our server, she was busy with a large table behind us) if we could at least get napkins (normally silverware is given to people and plates come with appetizers, but the server looked at me and brought a stack of napkins). We only had time for a few bites before the rest of the food was brought out by two other people who just dropped off food and didn't ask if we needed anything (not our server). We had to choose which food we wanted to eat cold (our entree or the nachos). Now "served" by four different staff at our table and still not given silverware, we had our middle son take some from an empty table and shared as them as there were less than 5 sets of silverware on two tables. Our son's burger bun was literally saturated with hamburger grease and dripping on plate when he tried to cut burger in half. When our server did come to our table and asked how things were, we told her and she said "ew" and sent the saturated burger back to get a new bun. The food tasted good, but it is expensive and didn't appreciate the timing and having to scrounge around for utensils.

Had my first ever Juicy Lucy here. It was tough choosing the one I wanted as they all sounded great. I had the beer cheese one and it was amazing, however I've heard you can't go wrong with any of them! Can't wait to come back again!

Food was delicious. We were there over lunch hour and service was being stretched to say the least--hence 4 stars; almost gave it 3 because of that--but server was very friendly to partially offset that. Love that they put slice of cheese on top of their juicy Lucy in addition to the core. "Side" salad was large, as most are these days.

Food here is always average at best. It's not good but not horrible either. It seems like they don't know what thier niche is. They offer several types of tacos, jucy Lucy's, burgers, open face sandwiches, and Minnesota hot dishes... They aren't good at any of these. This place needs to have a smaller menu with stuff that actually tastes good. It's disappointing they didn't have a house beer with a name like Crooked Pint Ale House. Flooring and fixtures are pretty cool for a suburban restaurant. Looked like a lot of reclaimed wood. They have a lot of different Minnesota beers on tap which makes this place a better bar than restaurant.
