I liked this place because you can do multi-purpose things there.For example I could go practice baseball ⚾️,then do a workout in the room over.If I had a kid, I could put them in the kids room, and if I'm waiting for someone I could get some work done ✅ in the very first room.The trainers 👟 there are very good 😊.Very good 😊 place overall, a little dirty.

From a workout perspective, the trainers do a great job. The facility is mediocre - not too clean. I know there are nicer crossfit gyms out there. Up to this point I'd give CFNA about 3.5 stars. IF it were not for their awful, non-existent customer service. No one can ever be reached. I cancelled my membership nearly two months ago and got charged although I cancelled. Then after several emails and unanswered voicemails trying to get my $200 refunded I had to just call my bank to refund me the money. Worst. Customer. Service. EVERRRR!!!

The best well-rounded workout for all abilities. Love the sense of Community in this CrossFit gym. Waaaayy better atmosphere than the Globo-gyms. Keeps you coming back again and agian.
