I've been going religiously for over a year and am still excited about every single class. The workouts are challenging and full of variety, the coaches are encouraging & knowledgeable, and the sense of community is a nice change of pace from going to the gym for a solo workout. I'm in love!

I love how well rounded the workouts are. You can tell they are well thought out and tested. The workouts get me to do things that I wouldn't push myself to do on my own at a gym. The coaches are inspiring and motivating at New Albany OTF which is why I"ll keep coming back!

What I enjoyed the most about the Orange Theory fitness experience was how friendly and thorough the manager was about the process at the orientation. I immediately felt welcome and that she wanted me to feel confident about my fitness level. The next thing I enjoyed was the overall supportive and warm atmosphere. Everyone was focused on completing the various workout rotations and the instructor was encouraging, as well as, motivating. The last thing I truly enjoyed about my first Orange Theory experience was how patient and willing the staff members were to answer questions before and after my session. It was a phenomenal fitness session. I must admit purple is my favorite color but after my first fitness session at Orange Theory, I believe now orange is too.

The exercises and time splits for each workout are always changing. It's never the same which is great. The different challenges (Hell Week, Rowvember, Anniversary 1.5hr classes, etc) make it fun to push yourself and go for a few extra classes.

Workouts: 1. Structured = check (HIIT via running, rowing & lifting) 2. Variety = check, (a different workout each day) 3. Change in body composition = check Coaches: 1. Make Personal Connection = check 2. Knowledge = check
