Everyone has been so amazing that works there! The trainers and the front staff. I am so happy I purchased a membership and will definitely be telling all my friends about this awesome place!!! I have tried two classes to far, trx and basic yoga and everyone has been so helpful. Thank you!!!! Keep up the great work!

A good variety of classes with excellent instructors.  I've been a member for over two years and it just keeps getting better.

I love my yoga instructors – Andy and Olga.  I love the philosophy of the studio – the true meaning of what yoga is.  I like the fact that if I want to try something different – Barre, TRX, Spinning ,etc – I can at any time.  This studio is perfect for me.
