I was really pleased with the level of service provided by Hannah Adams. She talked to us in a very honest and open way that really helped us to voice what our needs were. This resulted in us going to see several different units; originally we had only scheduled to see one. I really felt like she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our move and didn't mind taking the time to show us more options.

Apartments/lofts are beautiful, and I am very pleased with my choice to stay here. Amenities like the gym/pool, and events are a plus.  My one suggestion would be that there is routine sweeping of the stairwells and vacuuming of the carpeted corridors in the Exchange buildings.  Also, there has been an increase of trash(bottles/paper) on the outside of these buildings.  The community is lovely, so the regular upkeep would just preserve the beauty of the property.

The apartment search is quite competitive in this part of Franklin County.  We found the LC New Albany Park flat apartments to be spacious for our needs with a floor plan that is comfortable and very useful.  What drew us most to LC New Albany, however, was the friendliness of the leasing staff.  Molly did so very much to meet our moving timeline and to help us get settled.  A friendly staff that can get things done quickly is a huge plus in searching for an apartment!
