We are a CrossFit facility located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Story

CrossFit is a fitness program that features constantly varied, functional movement done at high intensity.

We use methods from gymnastics, power lifting, olympic weightlifting, endurance sports and more to forge elite fitness. Constantly varying the workouts means you never get bored and are always challenged physically and mentally.

CrossFit is personal training in a group setting. Joining our CrossFit family means you always have someone to keep you motivated and on track with your workout, nutrition and life.

CrossFit 616 is IT. And IT is for everyone. Quit watching YouTube videos of CrossFit competitions and wishing you'd get the courage to go to a local gym and just GO there. The well educated and friendly staff (Cori, Brian and Tom) at CrossFit 616 are ready to help you, wherever you are at in your fitness journey. Lace up your shoes and head in for an Elements course or once a month Wednesday Friendsday. You'll be greeted by smiling faces and a community ready to cheer you on. There's never a day I leave CrossFit 616 thinking "I'm defeated" or "I'm never going back." I always look forward to the workouts, even if they include the assault bike, because I know the staff and community will help me through it.

This gym is absolutely incredible! First the foremost, the coaching is truly outstanding. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable and are truly engaged in helping everyone reach their goals. They also pay very close attention to individual limitations/injuries/etc. to ensure safety while rehabbing injuries/improving strength, mobility, flexibility, etc. Each coach is also very approachable for 1-on-1 questions, concerns, instruction, etc. Second, the Crossfit 616 community is truly a joy to be a part of. Everyone is incredibly supportive of each other both in and out of the gym. I would absolutely recommend 616 to anyone!

Crossfit616 is a great Crossfit gym. I have been going there for almost a year and I will never go back to a regular gym. If you want to really get in shape and healthy this is the place to be.

Super Great Place! Dropped in during Thanksgiving and hit up a couple WODs. They have a great community and made me feel at home! Thanks a bunch, when I'm back in town I'll be sure to drop in again!
