This post is concerning a young man who works in the pharmacy at Walgreens on east jefferson. I was so impressed how kind and very knowledgeable, as well as professional he was. He works at the front desk, also his arm was in a sling, but that did not stop him from doing a “superb” job. He was very patient, as others were waiting, he acknowledged them and let them know that their prescription was coming up. Walgreens has a jewel working for them. Sincerely, Faye Proctor

My visits were always good besides the long wait but nothing complaining worth. I live across from this Walgreens & spend a lot of money and am in there almost everyday, up until after today. the girl at the counter asked “what are you having?” And when I proceeded to be confused she told me she thought I was pregnant and I smiled and said “no” not even upset at that point cause I’m sure it was an honest mistake, after that she responded with “oh it looked like it” not “im sorry” and at that moment I was so shocked and upset I responded with “oh thanks I guess I will go work out now” and now I will not be returning unfortunately when all my prescriptions go there and I live right across the street

Ordered photos online, photos came out highly distorted due to a problem with their printer. Same picture printed fine at a different Walgreens. Manager was not helpful and did not offer to reprint, refund, or send to another Walgreens.

AVOID this location at all costs ! I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot at 2:15 to be seen on my lunch break . It is now 2:48 and I’m still waiting for the shot . I politely went back up to the window and still my shot isn’t ready . Now I have to ask my coworker to stay late to accommodate my now lengthy appointment. The tech that eventually gave me the shot was extremely inconsiderate Julia was her name .

The pharmacy part is rude. My husband came and it was 5:57 pm and talked to another worker for 3 minutes. And than told me theyre closed at 6pm. Plain rude and rude everything we come here. I so wish my insurance took cvs.

Cashier was one of the most rudest people for absolutely no reason. Train your people better ! Should not be working in customer service if you can’t leave your attitude at home.

Typical Walgreens. Passport photos, prescription filling, first aid needs, basic groceries, random gifts and assorted electronic needs all on site. Squishmallows always available.  Accessible parking and push to automate doors for those in wheelchairs.

I will never go to this location again. The manager was very rude and unprofessional to me today and the same one last week. They refused to give me the rest of my medicine and refused to tell me why and also told me to go to another pharmacy, because they will not be giving me the rest of my medicationI . Never experienced anything like this!

At my Walgreens pharmacy location, the pharmacy and each of the store associates provide a high standard of customer service that I value tremendously.

LaKeesha stepped out of line, either leaving or taking a break, to check customers out, when there was one customer taking forever.  She deserves an award.
