A great gym for people of all skill levels. Each coach will work with you if you have an injury that limits your ability. They really customize the work out for the individual. The members are very welcoming and have become some of my best friends.

Great community of people, awesome coaches and a great atmosphere. The owners, coaches and athletes all contribute to making the vibe of this gym that of camaraderie, encouragement and perseverance. Joined 4 years ago and gained more than I ever thought I would.

Love this gym! The coaches are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great community atmosphere, everyone is welcoming and very encouraging! The workouts are always challenging and fun.

I’ve been a member at CCP for 5 1/2 Years and it has become like a second home and family to me. I truly love starting my day at this box. The coaches, members and atmosphere are fantastic!
