The workouts are like no other.  They challenge me mentally and physically.  After my early morning class at 6:00 a.m., I'm pumped for the day and ready for whatever the day has to offer.  I still have lbs to go but I've seen a big change in my core and in my overall body appearance.  A big shout out to Don, my trainer and one of the instructors at Title - he is a master at what he does and I know with hard work I will get in the best shape of my life.  I wish I could have given 10 stars but only 5 were shown!!

Lets not forget the true people who help build this club see its funny how you forget the when its time to renew your contract you get no love i started wit this gym across the street from this one Don is the best teacher but the owner ship has changed so this is for you the new owner while you sayi thanks but i was here before you got here prices still same higher no love for the loyal people who been at this gym and stop sending your manger jasmine to cut deals cause shes not listening or your not with outthe people you have no title boxing

Awesome workout!  One hour, total body and you can burn 1000 calories!!  Trainers are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you get the most of your workout.  Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
