I joined little over a three weeks ago and absolutely love this place. The workouts are very intense and different each day. I am coming into this very out of shape but I never feel like I am holding others back because of this. Everyone encourages each other and there is a real team atmosphere, so different from the normal "gym".  Classes are fun and everyone is friendly, especially the coaches (Stacey and Mitchell). Always leave feeling a sense of accomplishment!

This is a loving and friendly place. Will kick your butt on the workouts but the coaches will help you understand what you're doing and the people will cheer you on till you finish. Happy everyday I'm there!

Solid, supportive coaches and workouts for all skill levels.  Actually some of the safest equipment I've seen too, I drop in all over Southern California and have seen some real "charmers"

I've been a member for 3 years. No matter what day (or month) I make it every coach knows me and I pick up where I left off. Great staff and support.
