They don't really go out of their way to notify new members of all of the services there, they also have horrible customer service when it comes to cancelling your membership. If I could give them a below 1 star I would. I do not recommend them for someone looking to find a nice place to work out

I love this place. They have shampoo in the shower,  they are impeccable about their bathrooms being clean and their staff is super friendly.   Great place for fitness.

Today this guy named andrew approached me and started talking to me really rude because I was in the abs section and a class started when I was the before the class. Claiming he was the general manager. And I had to leave the area. But he did it with a rude attitude I asked the front to explain me why he was rude to me and the cancelled my membership.

I recently switched from "Fitness Evolution" (Fig Garden loop) to Planet Fitness and found this gym has easily surpassed my former gym in many aspects. There's a wide variety of equipment that's well maintained and importantly clean! 

Being that's it's 24 hours you can easily skip the "peak times" and that's ways a plus especially if you work late hours, the staff is profession and courteous, and not to mention the assortment of massage options available in the "black card spa". 

My only minor issue is that the free weight dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs, it'd be nice if it went up to at least 100. But aside from that issue check out this great gym soon.

Don't bother coming rude disrespectful staff. Can't fill any paperwork/contracts correctly. The manager is sarcastic.
