This is the only gym that makes a big deal about deadlifting.The manager always says put the weight down like you pick it up. So tell me how am I supposed to let down 365 quietly. Be on the lookout as he is always in Puma gear. For people who go to zumba the volume has to be turned down. Just a heads up.

Size is perfect... you don't have to wait long if at all for equipment

Goes perfect with my schedule. The 24hr open quality of it is very convenient and smart. Does get a bit way too packed between the hours of 6pm-830pm. They should of expanded the building about 10ft in every direction in order to add more free weights and equipment for everyone to use. There's been time when I've had to go home and come back later on that night just because of the fact it was way too pack with nothing available to use. Literally nothing.
