CrossFit is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity. Our mission at CrossFit First State is to continually increase the work capacity of each individual by developing and enhancing their fitness levels across all ten recognized areas of fitness. These include: strength, power, flexibility, agility, stamina, endurance, balance, speed, coordination, and accuracy.
At CrossFit First State workouts are functional and designed to prepare you for everyday life. Our programming and workouts are all scalable to meet you where you are physically. Regardless of your experience or fitness level we are prepared and equipped to help you reach your goals!
We offer a variety of classes. Traditional WOD's, strength classes, barbell classes, yoga and private training. Our facility has everything you need to help you meet your fitness goals! We also have a supportive group of wonderful athletes and experienced, knowledgeable coaches to help you and inspire you!
