Brett is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to CrossFit. He makes sure that technique is performed correctly so that injury is prevented. He works with each athlete to help them reach their goals and puts in the time it takes to show he truly cares. Vince also is very knowledgeable in technique and is very helpful with skills to help improve many of the gymnastic moves within CrossFit. The community here is very welcoming and a great place to get started or to continue your CrossFit journey.

Excellent coaching! The coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive. They provide excellent feedback that really helps. Workouts are fun and challenging. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly. I would recommend this for anyone!

This is an amazing gym whether your starting CrossFit for the first time, dropping in, or looking for a new gym home. The atmosphere has a great sense of support and community. Brett and Vince are kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. It isn’t hard to see this is a place ran by passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves!
