I got a membership and was told I got the best price.  One or two days later I got an email offering a better price and it would have saved me over $100.00 per year.  I was asked for feedback,  I provided it and complained about it and was told I would be contacted but never was.  My debit was then beached,  I had to get a new card and called back to make a late payment and then my card was breached again but not sure by who.  Due to hundreds of dollars being taken out of my account I got  so far behind on payments I gave up.  I explained everything to a Genesis representative a few times,  they did not care and keep calling and calling demaninding payment.  Genesis showed no compassion on either issue,  would not work with me on either issue.  I will never go again due to the way I was treated and just want it to end.

The reason why I only give 1 star is because this location needs attention. I was told by the club manager Kyle and Brian,  that this location will be remodeled with 2 years and yet it has not been touch. Because I was told at the time that the SE location would get remodeled before wood valley. I will not recommend Genesis health club, because genesis doesn't keep there word when it comes to what you said to me.

I love going and working out here, especially in the mornings its not busy. Nice and clean environment.

I enjoyed my experence at Genesis health club. They have respectful and helpful staff as well as diffetent equipments avalible to use.

I used this facility for several years until deciding to switch gyms. The facility is deficient in many areas including maintenance and repair of equipment, upkeep of the building including cleanliness and repair of holes in the wall, staffing issues that included workers not providing quality customer service and not being on time to open the facility in the mornings.
