I've been here about a year. I came because of the coach. And i live close. It's always getting better. Solid strength training cycle combined with Olympic lifting and plenty metabolic conditioning work. Keeps my weight in check even when my appetite is running wild. And my strength has improved significantly. The equipment is solid. Showers and changing room available. Good instruction and guidance. Encouraging environment even for beginners. And it's a good place to learn about other fun physical fitness centered events. Even if you're used to working out solo, 1-2 months here will teach you an enormous amount about fitness, exercise, proper form, and diet.

This gym has a great sense of community and acts more as a family than anything else. I've been apart of Crossfit for almost four years now and could be happier. One of the first coaches I met when I started was Hillary Herring and she continues to be my coach today. She's focused on the technical movements, your well being, and whatever goals you have set for yourself. She's a great person to have in your corner and will help elevate you to the next level if you let her.

This is the best program I have ever been a part of. You feel like you are part of a close family, all striving to be happy, healthy and well-balanced. Each day's workouts are challenging, yet rewarding. I am so happy to have found this amazing place, and highly encourage anyone reading this to give it a try! They offer two free sessions - one of which is a private personal training hour. Just Do it!
