Gripz gym is awesome! Fantastic set up. Clean, friendly environment. Great for families and individuals. Many different obstacles. We went with a large group of teens who loved it! Therese and Ryan worked with our group and helped show us the obstacles. Everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this gym!

My wife, two daughters and I had a great experience here. They were welcoming, friendly and our trainer Dave was awesome. I highly recommend this.

My friend and I, who are by no means "ninja warriors", came in today.  Dave and Ella were there and they were both amazing.  It was a great workout but also really fun.  It was the perfect mix of fun and challenging.  I could see it being great for anything from a girls night out to hard core training.
