This is the best thing I have done for myself. I have last pain and more flexibility better posture and have lost inches. The people there are so very nice. Our instructor , Ron is very knowledgeable and does a great job . . I will never give up this class

Excellent instructors and facility, classes are professional and caring. Started in 2015 after an injury, I highly recommend them for classes or physical therapy. They give me 'extra' personal attention every time I'm there which is 3x weekly.  We work hard and the benefits are showing!  They are highly trained and knowledgeable in their fields.  I jumped around from studio to studio and finally found the perfect place. In 3 years time I have never experienced or noticed ANYTHING unprofessional, I couldn't be happier with Melissa and Ron.

I worked with Ron as a physical therapist as well as a personal trainer for many years.  He is extraordinary in both capacities.  Years ago i accidentally tore a ligament in my right leg.  My knee became unstable.  Ron worked with me for a long time and at this point thanks to the physical therapy and regular Pilates sessions the leg is fully rehabilitated and there are no functional difficulties at all.  I also have lower back issues.  I worked with other Physical therapists on this problem,  all of them through various doctor referrals at different times.  They were all very knowledgeable, nice etc.  However, most of those places had multiple patients serviced by the same physical therapist simultaneously like a production line.  While I did experience some improvements in all other PT locations, Ron’s approach is very individualized and very much more effective for me.  He gave me the understanding of mind/body connection and the tools to continue improving.  Without any exaggeration, working out in this place literally saved my health and my quality of life.  I believe that my productivity at work would be a great deal lower had I not been motivated to exercise and take physical therapy as necessary in this studio.  I learned gyrotonics here and it opened an entirely different and amazing way to improve my quality of life.  The instructors are very knowledgeable and everyone is just really special.  I wish to thank Ron for all the years of effort to help me.

This is a great way to tone and get fit. The instructor Ron is very knowledgeable about how to get the kinks out of painful various areas of your body. After participating for about 6 months now I can see how my legs and hips are toning up nicely.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.  I've taken classes as well as worked with a personal trainer.  In both cases the instructor was patient and explained each movement prior to completing the movement.  I highly recommend this facility  to you.
