This is THE premier CrossFit Gym!  The coaches/trainers are amazing and are focused on the success of the members.  There is no better value for the expertise level of the coaches.  No matter the member's level of fitness, the programming is adjusted to fit within what is possible for the individual to achieve.  I have been a member since this location opened and the staff and members are a second family.

This place has become my second home! Very knowledgeable and helpful trainers, who are able to scale all workouts for ANY fitness level. Everyone here is so supportive and encouraging. I never looked forward to working out until joining CrossFit Kinnick :)  FREE intro class! Give it a try.
