Unfortunately, I have to give this gym a 1 star for now. The BJJ , Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA and DUT instructors are great. Everyone I trained with was knowledgeable, professional and made being there a joy. I would like to say that Coach Stevens, Kyle, Codie and Mallick are awesome. They made being their fun and they were all great instructors. Do to my work, I needed to cancel my membership. I walked in and cancelled my membership in October of 2017. I signed all the appropriate documents, I was told everything was good to go. I asked for a receipt and they told me it would be in my inbox. I was careless, and didn't notice until December that my membership wasn't cancelled. I called my credit card, told them what happened, they refunded my account. I called the gym told them my account wasn't cancelled. They apologised and told me my account and my wife's account will be cancelled. I get an attempted charge again in January for my wife's account. Come to find out, they didn't cancel my wife's account. I keep calling to get her account cancelled and but the supervisor keep being fired/quiting. The supervisor has changed 3 times since October. Do to these changes, it takes a few tries for me calling to get anywhere. I am always told I'll receive a call back in 20 minutes, and I never receive a call back. I call approximately 2 times per week. I end up having to call multiple times. Until I'm able to call at the right time to speak to a supervisor. When I speak to the supervisor, he tells me he'll call me back in 20 minutes. My experience cancelling has been so bad and the lack of help I've received from the franchise location and corporate has been so terrible, I would recommend avoiding UFC gyms at all costs. Their lack of professionalism with this process has been frustrating to say the least. I understand it was stupid of me not receiving a receipt the moment I cancelled. My experience as a gym member was so great, I never could have thought that their admin side of things could be so terrible. I would recommend current members cancelling their membership and making copies. If you're looking for a gym, unfortunately, you should avoid this gym at all costs. Their severe lack of competence will cause you frustration and time wasted if ever you need to cancel. TL;DR Don't join. They'll try to steal your money

I don't understand why people so mean to this place , if you don't workout hard, no one can help. I love this place . Good enough for me to improve !

Fraud fraud fraud never even been to this gym.Charged my credit card $1500 dont go here.

Too small, stuffy and there is basically zero ways to tone your legs other than kicking the punching bag. Staff is nice most of the time, they can be a bit annoying with all their add-ons.

So far I have had a great experience. Chad was the sales associate who signed me up. I normally don't sign up on my first day but he was really fair, nice and gave me a good deal. I would recommend signing up with him. I have been going to 24 and la fitness for a few years but like Ufc better due to the atmosphere. You make a lot of friends because the same people go to the same classes the same days and the classes are fun, hard and keep you committed. They also have free weights, machines, and heavy punching bags. Nothing better than beating the crap out of a bag when u had a hard day. They offer personal training with different coaches depending on your goals. The coaches are all really nice, except for RJ the MMA coach, he's a baaaaaaad man, or so he says. Overall if you want to lift weights you can, if you want to take cardio classes you can, if you want MMA training they have it, and the classes and coaching keep you committed to your goals. The only downside is the price. Expect to pay a lot more than 24 or LA, but so far I feel it's worth it.
