I've been with this gym for over a year. They have by far the lowest membership fees in in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment isn't state of the art but it's nice. There's plenty of room at each location so you never have to wait in line for a piece of equipment. The staff is always cleaning and it really shows. I haven't had a single negative experience at this gym. I would recommend this place to a friend if they asked where they should sign up for a gym membership.

If you are a runner, don't count on the treadmills to function well. A majority of the treadmills can't operate at running levels, you will be doing an awkward fast paced walk. The rest of the treadmills need lubricated to avoid sticking, this WILL eventually get someone hurt. Despite me asking for weeks, they still haven't got around to lubricating them with silicone spray. Will update rate and review if they do address this problem.

((The review below is for the Payette Fity City 24, they are the same company and you can go to either location, thus this review applies to the company in general)) I'm honestly really surprised that a gym could be this lazy. I signed up over a couple weeks ago and to my dismay it's been a horrible experience ever since. I'm an experienced gym goer and have been to multiple gyms. This is by far the worst. I'll give you a list. 1.) They make you sign a contract, minimum of 1 year. 2.) on the contract you must give your SSN (I did not) 3.) The employees that work there sit on the phone and don't bother cleaning anything or putting away weights. 4.) The place is CONSTANTLY trashed. Bottles, weights strewn about, etc. 5.) There is a high risk of staph infection, the equipment is always sweaty and never clean. 6.) A woman came in whilst I was working out, and was waiting for an employee to show up to a scheduled appointment. She waited 30 minutes before leaving. He still didnt show up for the other HOUR I was there. 7.) There are hardly any ways to get out of this contract. They will send you to a collections agency or even SUE you (in the contract, so im not lying) Good luck on that one. Conclusion: If you are looking for a gym, avoid at ALL costs. This place is not a good place to give your money to.

Worst gym experience of my life!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO! I'm in the middle of a 4month dispute with them over money they took from my account on multiple occasions without authorization. I've contacted them through phone, email, personal visits and every single person I've talked to has given me the run-around. The manager took 3months to even respond to any of my attempts to resolve the issue. This company is dishonest to the core. The owner/manager lied to my face and lied to his staff about me and the agreement I made with him. He has no clue how to run a business and his staff are incompetent. Their "No Contracts & No Enrollment Fee" statement is a complete lie. The enrollment fee is $39.99 and you absolutely have to sign a contract. Personal Training IS NOT included in the membership. You will pay extra for that and you will have to sign another contract. Before you decide to set foot inside their doors do some research. Many people have the same complaint as I do. Check out the BBB as well. They have many complaints against them. And the staff and manager are constantly getting on review sites to bad mouth angry ex customers. Don't be fooled. I am angry yes, but my experience is 100% accurate. And many other people are saying the same thing so I assume this type of thing happens frequently. I learned the hard way how deceitful and unethical this company is and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Best equipment around. Once upon a time belonged to another gym in the area, but it was dirty,it had old broken down machines, bad atmosphere, not here. Everyone smiles, is polite, and 24 hours you can workout without having to deal with creepy people or brken cardio..World fitness is great!
