I love this gym! I saw the ad on facebook for the 6 week challenge, and I had been looking for something more structured and a way to meet new people so it fit perfectly for what I was looking for. I love the freedom to go to any class, at any time and convenience to myself. It's very reasonably priced, and the owners will work with what fits your needs. You would think with some of the bigger classes, it would be easy to overlook someone, but the instructors and the more advanced members are always willing to help out whoever needs it. They push you hard, but not more than you can handle. You will become addicted, feel better about yourself and meet really supportive people. I have always felt welcomed by everyone here!

Love this place! It's my favorite time of the day. The people there are just awesome! The coaches and owners are just great down to earth people who not only encourage you in the gym but love to see you succeed in whatever it is you're doing. The workouts are great and challenging and I love seeing improvements in myself and I have lifeforce to thank for that.

Just finished a 6 week bootcamp, and signed up for my official membership. They help you get to where you need to be by coaching you the fundamentals and proper techniques! Ive noticed incredible changes in the last 6 weeks, not just physically but mentally. This place has seriously become my therapy and I've never felt happier and full of energy!

I absolutely love crossfit lifeforce! The coaches are friendly and the owner was very helpful. I have been to many other crossfit gyms and comparatively they are the best priced and have the best class times... plus if you are super dedicated you can attend more than one class per day which most gyms won't allow. I definitely recommend them.

Wish I could leave a zero. For what it is, this place is really overpriced. There are better gyms in the area with professional coaches who pay attention to their classes and actually coach. This place is a little bit sloppy and unorganized. Fellow gym goers seem nice enough, but the owner is difficult to deal with. One of those smiling on the outside, miserable on the inside types.
