I did the circuit class. It was a high intensity and great workout. This class gives you a different way to work numerous muscle groups at the same time. You feel like you accomplished a lot after the class. I would highly recommend Tonic!

Attended first Edge class with Paul this past Sunday.  What an awesome workout!!  Paul kept us moving and motivated the whole time! Everyone regardless of their fitness level and age was sweating and enjoying the experience.  Teaming up with a person to go through the movements kept you pushing through.  Love the circuit training concept and learned some new moves.  Paul kept it simple but challenging and worked with everyone.  Would recommend this class to anyone!  Can't wait to go back to Edge class again this Sunday.  Definitely a way to shake up your routine and get a great workout.

I gone to several of Tonic's group classes called Edge....a HIIT circuit style workout.  Paul is a very motivating trainer and helps to push you to your full potential.  He made the class a lot of fun and very challenging.  I guarantee you’ll feel soreness in muscles you never thought were possible! Check out a class, I promise you won’t regret it:)

Paul is an outstanding trainer.  I really enjoy taking his classes.  Great workout.  The workouts are designed for all ages and abilities.
