I've been going to CrossFit New Haven for 2 years. They are an approachable gym for all levels, have classes all throughout the day, and the coaching is incredible.

A weightlifter's paradise! I drop in every time I am in town. Multiple platforms, jerk blocks, kg plate and squat stands in a stand alone weightlifting room, completely separate from the crossfit area. Aaron and the gang are super friendly and accommodating. I recommend this gym to any crossfitter, weightlifter or strength sport athlete traveling to New Haven--you have to check this place out.

Dedicated coaches & owners, friendly & fun members, challenging workouts that fit any fitness levels! Over the years I have tried all types of workouts. . Chain gyms, personal training, step classes (I know, I'm dating myself), spinning & yoga. This is the only thing I have stuck with! I am constantly challenged at CFNH, never bored even after being a member for 5 years. I highly recommend CrossFit New Haven

An incredible gym and community. All of the coaches emphasize safety and growth, tailoring the experience for each person. An awesome environment that anyone would have a hard time not feeling comfortable or welcome in. Workouts are challenging and always changing, the coaches encourage and expect your best effort. Many thanks to CFNH for being an awesome place that has improved my quality of life and confidence.

I joined CFNH a little less than a year ago, and it has been an amazing experience. The coaches here go above and beyond to ensure that you have a fun time and a great workout. They are incredible teachers and will work with you on any level, from a just-starting-out beginner to an elite athlete. It is a highly welcoming environment where you can always count on a great workout experience. They take an immense amount of pride in what they do, and it really shows in how the classes are conducted. Joining CFNH was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
