Ok this gym is like a club ... I should have researched more before I signed contract . Constantly packed like they’re giving something away for free ... people stare bc they’re judgy ... staff seem unapproachable .. I’m sticking out for the year and taking advantage of the classes they offer ... going bc to try body pump and yoga.. did I mention parking I have to circle around the lot 15-20 min to find a parking space . Serious going to transfer my membership

Awful customer service and very dishonest sales associates regarding the terms of membership. I cancelled and they continued to charge me. They wouldn't offer a refund and didn't seem to care. I had to take it up with my bank. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

The staff refused to let me workout there. I am my wife's guest and payong for her membership, she has the main membership that allows unlimited guest times.

Its really painful to give 1 star because there is no 0 star and 1 is the least I could. i was told there wont be any contract after 6 months i realized i was put in a contract by the lady i talked to. she looked like a stupid but was smart. after an year when i wanted to cancel my membership gotta go thru a big pain in butt it felt like i was fighting a law suite . anyways .. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU JOIN

Do not join edge fitness if you think you're going to move. It's a pain to cancel membership even when you show proof that you're moving away. They make it look like a cheap gym but its a trick how they charge you money few months after you join and make it so difficult for you to cancel membership. You have to send a proof to an outside company and they take over a month to process so basically you're paying till they process. I have wasted more money on this gym thinking it doesn't cost too much than I would've in another gym. Ridiculowus! And there's no way for you to speak to edge fitness about it because they don't discuss finances.
