I have been a member since 2016 December but started going in March of 2017. And this place has given me the motivation I needed for my journey to a healthy weight. I have a little ways to go before reaching my goal until I can just go two days a week to maintain it. But for now I go 3 days a week and I have lost 40lbs so far. Great staffing very friendly and clean will recommend.

Great gym and it is kept very clean. Everyone is awesome and willing to help and answer any qiestion. If you are looking for a personal trainer and you are serious and committed, I strongly recommend Rick Salvatore. Awesome trainer and he will definitely help you get the results you want!

I've being going here from day one.the only problem is weather are not u working out hard u can't swett.reason because the AC is very cold especially right now in the winter.and whenever u ask no one can help.im not the only one is having this type of problems.u guys need to do better.

Great facilities, very clean.. but too crowded. Other than Sundays shortly before close I have never spent less than 25% of my time simply waiting for equipment to be available -- and I don't have a strict regime where I do things in any particular order.. I just jump on whatever's free! Nice place, but they are overselling their capacity. And they schedule introductory sessions for low-usage periods, so new customers don't realize the problem until it's too late!

Best Edge location in its area. Has a sauna room, massage chairs in the back, and equipment is new-ish. Don't go after work (around 5-7pm) on a weekday or else you'll be waiting either for parking or equipment. Go early if you can.
