Great gym! Recently moved to their brand new facility in Jan. 2016! The workout programming is top notch! And the community at the gym is full of good people who are fun to be around and make the community great!

Crossfit Regeneration has created an environment that allow people at all levels of fitness to feel comfortable participating. The workouts are modified to your specific level of fitness, yet still very challenging. The owner, Charlie Sims, describes Crossfit Regeneration as a community and that is exactly what it is. Working out with a group of people that motivate and encourage you throughout your workout is something that you will not find in a lot of places, but Regeneration is one place you will find it!

CrossFit Regeneration is a diamond in the rough in a sea of Crossfit gyms here in Louisville, KY. With owners Charlie & Kari Sims setting the tone for not only a great place to get in shape, but a supportive and nurturing environment for those who have maybe struggled in the past to lose weight and become a more fit and healthier person. Forget the negativity that you may have experienced at another Crossfit gym, these folks care and it shows from their daily workouts along with the encouragement from the coaching staff. Plus, first month is half off. They also have a FREE trial class every Saturday at 10am. Stop by and check them out.
