Awesome coaches, great atmosphere. I've never been afraid or uncomfortable to ask questions if I don't understand something or feel I'm not capable of a movement. It's a great environment, some one is always laughing and quick with a joke or to cheer you on if you start to struggle.

Great place to work out. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Family atmosphere. And try their meal prep. Great stuff.

What is a deadlift? What is a snatch? How the heck am I going to do a strict pull up? I can't even do box jumps.  You know what? It doesn't matter at TriQ.  There are progressions to every movement. The coaches will work with you at the beginning and will let you know the progression for that movement. Once you are comfortable, you will jump up to the next one. Strict pull ups? Jumping pull ups, banded pull ups, and kipping pull ups are all progressions. What's amazing is that every member here are on different levels.  No one is the same.  So much variety.  One thing we have all in common is that we come in and grind together no matter what skill level you are at.  What is strange is that I know mostly every member at this place whereas other gyms I have been to, I be lucky to know one. It's super friendly.

From not knowing a thing about CrossFit to going 4 days a week the coaching staff at Tri Q has been able to motivate me to have more awareness of my health. With the coaching staff and the strong sense of community Tri Q my life has changed for the better.

If you feel like you want to challenge yourself this is the place to be at. There's a lot of amazing people that will push you to your goals even if you're willing to give up on yourself. In which case either I or anybody apart of the workout will not let that happen. Doing Crossfit allows you to stay motivated, gain a new friendships and new experiences along the way. Be apart of an amazing team who will do anything with you even if #thestruggleisreal haha. The coaches will work with you so you don't ever feel like you're left out because you will won't. It's all about having fun and being who you want to be. What are you waiting for?! Join in!
