Dorian & the team put a tremendous amount of effort creating an accepting and growth focused environment. I spent close to a year working out with the Resurgens box and It never ceased to amaze me how much each coach valued helping all members in their physical endeavors. Highly recommend popping in and saying Hello. It will change your life.

I cannot speak highly enough about Crossfit Resurgens.  I have been a member for over 2 years, and in those 2 years I have watched continual growth, not only within the physical attributes of the gym, but more importantly, within the community and its impact on the individuals trying to achieve their health milestones.

In reference to the owner, despite being an Ohio State fan, you will not find a better person to guide you in your health journey.  Dorian is a stand up guy, a genuine leader, an outstanding trainer/coach, a fantastic husband/father, a mentor to many, and a devote christian. 

He has dedicated his life to this field, and it shows. Glad I found this gym, and I think it is safe to say I would recommend it to others!

Love everything about this place. Haven’t felt better about working out in such a long time. All the coaches are fantastic, the community is very supportive and encouraging, and a very well equipped facility. Love working out with Dorian, the owner. I look forward to waking up early in the morning now.

Great facility, members, and trainers. They focus on form and safety while aiming for results. Very impressed!

My favorite box to drop in when in Atlanta. Great location, two large fans and a great rig area. Showers are available and nice locker rooms. Always welcoming to this old guy from Chicago! Thank you!
