First and foremost thank you to Kris for a one of kind experience. Seriously, icouldnt have asked for a better afternoon, above and beyond service and personal interaction with someone who really cares about his patrons. The Crown Plaza went above and beyond to make our weekend extraordinary. The roof top pool and bar is second to none. I won't consider another destination for my next Denver stay. Thank You so much!

We booked with a tour company who screwed up our reservations and started our trip off horribly. The front desk staff here fixed it. Thankfully, they weren't at capacity and we were able to get a room. They called our tour company directly and got it figured out for us, taking the stress off of me. Thank you for the great service. The hotel itself is what it is. Older. Clean. Accessible. Expensive parking. But there's nothing really wrong with it if you only intend to sleep here.

They left a picture of a cheeseburger in my room for me which was awesome. But the night front desk guy became oddly offended and rude when I asked if they had decks of cards. Also, the heated pool was very nice. All around a good place, but there are many nice hotels in downtown Denver.

Stayed in Denver for our honeymoon. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, gave up complimentary breakfast and drinks because we were on our honeymoon. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. Updated roomy bathrooms. The views were breathtaking. One block away from 16th street so the location is perfect. We literally walked everywhere! The room service options were slim and a little overpriced. Had such a great stay, will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Advertised parking when I made my reservation was $27/day. When I arrived they told me it was $33. They ended up honoring the original $27 price...however, after parking in the garage on the 4th floor, unloading our suitcases and other luggage and walking to the elevator, there was a sign saying the elevator maintenance area is under repair and to please use the stairs. So we're made to lug our luggage up and down the stairs? We were never informed of this issue when we paid $27/night to park. Street parking or parking in the area lots would have been cheaper not to mention more convenient, especially for people with disabilities. If you're charging that rate to park, you should at least be providing full services. To top it off the pool water was cloudy. No thanks.
