The hotel was in a convenient location at the junction of 2 major roadways. Check in was quick. Concierge seemed to be staffed but was not utilized. Room was musty smelling, almost like garlic. Not a smoke smell cause it was non smoking. Also bathroom and furniture seemed dated. Other rooms did not have this smell.

It's a convenient location - 15 mins drive from Liberty Bell, from where you will be walking distance from downtown attractions. There is also a shopping plaza at 5 mins drive with upscale stores. The hotel itself was spacious and clean with an outdoor pool (which I believe closes after Labour day). Our room was two double bed...well laid out with plenty of space. Totally recommend.

I traveled from Texas to stay here. The hotel was beautiful. Nice room and friendly staff. Very pleasant stay. If I'm ever back in New Jersey, I will come again!

Great lobby, bar and breakfast area... Terrific service... The rooms are a little old and in need of updating, however still recommended.

My sister, our children, & myself attended the Baby & Parenting Expo here at the Crowne Plaza & had an amazing time! Upon entering, just the sheer openess, beauty, & elegance, was enough to be mentioned by us both immediately. The Expo was Fabulous & all of the Exhibits were very informative & fun for Parents & Little Ones alike!! I would recommend the Crowne Plaza for next Venue for sure!!
