This places sucks....  don't bother waiting your time and money. I almost got into a physical altercation with another customer because of the simple reason that I was vacuuming my own car because not once did any of the workers there approached my car to even come clean the inside. 2nd the guy who cleaned my car did even wipe of the bird poop stains that the wash couldn't take off, he didn't even clean inside my cup holders....

I'll keep it short. Oil change guys got oil on my seat. Reported it to the manager. He did not care. He did not offer to make it right. Just a simple I'm sorry is all he said. I WAS a repeat customer. I will not go back. Manager's name is Carlos.

One small complaint that I have is that this business owner refuses to pay overtime.  I needed to get my car washed and came to this car wash at 5 pm and they were already closed!  Make sure, even with daylight savings time, that you come before 5 pm.  I like the free car wash with the lube & oil as it is a full car wash.  They clean my car very thoroughly and I am a satisfied customer.  Another small complaint:  they charged me $60.00 for a car wash and to clean my front headlights; I had fog on the front headlights, making them appear dull.  I was dissatisfied and I asked him to clean them again, which he did and they looked better.  I brought my own cleaner but they did not use it; they felt theirs was better. $60 for no other detail work is a bit steep.

This review is not about the quality of the wash as I didn't even get that far.......And I hope the owner screens these reviews.... The poor excuse of a human being running the order desk (should've asked for his name but well), the large black "gentleman" did not even bother to approach me as i got out of the car but rather waited for me to come to him. But that was not bad. Things went south when after me asking about the "special $12.99 service", he replied with: " you are not going to get much for that and why are you asking if you are driving a Lexus?" I was floored. Since when a car wash attendant judges clients? WHAT IS THIS? But even that was tolerable. The thing that killed me was the end of the conversation when after insulting me by suggesting that I go home and wash my car myself by using a hose, he asked if I was going to tweet Donald Trump about all this? I voted for Trump and am very proud of it. I've never been so racially harassed. Just because I am white and drive a Lexus? People like this guy are the very reason why I voted for Trump. Entitled, envious looser who could't do anything better with his life than attend a car wash. I hope he sees this because I really want him to know that people like him will ALWAYS wash cars of people like me. And it has nothing to do with color. Just willingness to get your butt off the couch and making something of yourself instead of just hating people for being successful.

I was so enraged that I just got into my car and left. After cooling off a little I decided to call the manager. This guy Carlos was not very compassionate either. His single reply was "OK" after I described the situation. Not an apology, not even a question.

So the place is definitely not worth even a dollar of a hard working person and I hope this place shuts down soon enough, or at least this hateful bastard gets fired.
