Second time that I go to get car detail and they refuse to give me service I have been customer here for car wash since 3 years but know that I want to get my seat wash in my car they tell me they don't have time for it I ask to speak to the manager and guess what the one that denied the service is the manager I ask for the owner information for me to complain and he denied it also and only.look at me like he didn't care I ask him if I need to make on appointment and he didn't give me a answer to it either I guess I will look for other place to get my car wash and givfce my money for the service because here they don't need it I guess very bad experience and I won't recommend this place any more.

I was bummed they did a crappy job on my car, I complained and they still did a quick reclean.

I would not use this place ever again.  My first experience with them was horrible. While I was waiting, I heard very noise shaking machine sound in the back. Guess what I found!  My side mirror came out broken. They told me mirror was already broken which was total lie.  I believe true business man should take responsibility.  Hard to find true business man.

I went here for the first time last weekend. My friend lives in Norwalk and I didn't have time to go to my regular place. I needed to have my corvette cleaned and I didn't know if I could trust a small place but man did they step up.  They cleaned my baby like it's never been cleaned before , inside and out. The owner was even out there running the vacuum and making sure all the cars were getting done correctly. He was putting in some elbow grease rather than just looking Over all the workers. It did take like a little over a half an hour to get out of there but I just relaxed on the massage chairs and waited till it was done. I'm going back for a full detail next week. It's places like these that provide excellent customer service that I'm happy to support. Cali car wash is my go to place from now on.
