I seriously love this place. They do a great job on my suv every time. I have the monthly deal so I come here every 2 days because I’m in the limo business. I’ve got to know almost everyone here and I haven’t met anyone I didn’t like. So glad my brother in law told me about their monthly deal

Came in for an oil change. I had to wait because the place was empty. I walked into the office and no one there. There was an older guy sitting in one of the chairs outside, but had no idea if he worked there or was waiting. He finally notices me and he does work there, and proceeds to tell me I should have parked closer to the service bay so he could have heard me. Wow, great customer service so far then quotes me $95.00 for an oil change on my Honda minivan. When I questioned the high price, he said that’s because your car needs synthetic oil. Ok, synthetic oil cost more than regular oil but I have a Honda, not a Lamborghini. I went to Pep Boys and got an oil change with Mobil 1 synthetic oil, plus a tire rotation and brake inspection for $49.95. That works out to $45.00 difference and no rotation which Foothill Car Wash charges extra. So that “Free” car wash is about $45.00 and probably another $20 for a rotation. Total rip off pricing. I did not expect it for free and understand a business has to make a profit, but how is it that a lube and oil change cost about $100.00 at this place, plus a really rude employee which is probably why the oil service place was empty of cars.

Friendliest car wash in town--they also do a very good job. Have been going there for two decades for wash, oil change and check-ups which they offer with the Executive package (if I remember correctly). Only once did the rainbow wax dispenser not turn on. Recently they are recycling their water.

They broke a very expensive pair of sunglasses that were in the door pocket of my car. Refused to take responsibility and were very disrespectful informing me that they had plenty of business and didn't need mine.  I highly recommend using Crescenta Valley Carwash which is less than a minute down the road. They actually act as if they like their customers and offer a clean area for customers to wait for their car. Foothill Carwash is more than content to allow you to sit in a filthy pigsty while you wait.
