I’ve been coming here for years and this car wash was the worst. My 6 year old child could have done better. If you aren’t going to clean the cars and still leave them dirty at these prices you better close your doors. Sitting here waiting for my car to get cleaned for the SECOND time I’ve seen 2 other people walk out to their cars and grab towels and show these guys how to clean the cars. Pathetic. Half ass is not the right way to run a business. Hope y’all can get it together again. As for now I’ll be going somewhere else.

California Oaks Car Wash also has detailing and lube and tune services. They do a nice job and don’t try to up-sell you. The interior/waiting area has many cute gift items for sale.

I payed for the emerald wash and it was done so poorly, streaks all in my windshield , didn’t even dry my side mirrors, left trash under the seat, they definitely rushed through it , I only go there because it’s close to my work , but definitely not going back after todays experience

If i could give -5 stars i would!. First when this place has opened i used to come here atleast 3 times a month. Havent been at this place for like 7 years. Went in today to get oil change and free car wash. First of.... omg!!! People there is just something else i swear! This guy tells me it will take 40 min from start to finish. I was alright cool. I had 2 little kids with me. Soooo he was like ok just go ahead and park your car in line (so i did) than i said i just want regular oil change. He said ok its $49.99. So i take my kids go in this waiting area. I ask him do i pay now or later? His respond was "i need to i spect your car first" i said ok so im waiting and hour goes by my kids are getting frustrated.. i ask the guy ok so where do i pay? He gonna say " i told you that you have to go to another building to pay" i said oh now u gonna tell me that!? Yall wont believe.. he gonna raise his voice at me! He said i told u go over there and pay. So i am a hot headed person and i work in customer service myself... i just said ok stormed off to another building paid for everything. I ask a front desk person is my car done yet? She said oh they will call u when its done. So another 20 min goes by im looking at the window and my car parked across the street by o'raileys. I said excuse me my car is done no one called me. She gonna say oh well they call u outside. I almost lost my temper right there! So i go outside have to get someones attention to get my car. So this dude was like oh yeah its done ill go get it for u. So he goes gets the keys and wingling it in the air. I was like what the hell is going on!? I go over there and he was like so yeah heres your keys your car parked over there. I just take the keys put my kids in the car. Now im just livid as hell! Im looking at my car and i just lost my nerve! I still have dust and ashes in my car and some crumbles on the back seat of the car!!!! This place just gotten so bad! The worst carwash and custemer service ive had in the long time!
