You won't find a better gym for $10. I looked. Diversity in equipment. Helpful trainers. Clean facilities. I have paid a lot more and gotten a lot less. Very happy.

Has all the equipment. Por billing practiices. I was double billed and if i didnt complain. Crunch inc would not have alerted me or fixed the problem. Check yourcredit card bills for over billing by crunch.

Now, This is what a gym should be! Updated machinery, room to train, a clean and healthy atmosphere, especially if you like to work out early in the morning! And it is affordable!

Great place! Fills a need since The Gym on Church Road closed. Staff are super nice and helpful. Changing room and showers kept clean and very tidy. Overall, a great place to work out!
