WOW! This is a great art museum! The best one that I have attended and it was free. They have nice little walking trails with sculptures through out them. The museum was very clean and neat! Great place to go with your kids and alone. There is an option to tour a house I would certainly recommend that because it was my favorite part. The trails are pet friendly as well.

I'm not much into art but this place was amazing. The building is a marvel of engineering and is right by the river, giving the place a very nice feel of modern/outdoors. The food is excellent but a bit pricy. The art is wonderful and has major meaning, not to mention they renew it every few month's. Would come just for the atmosphere but the art and restaurant makes it a brilliant place to just hang out and spend some time.

Very cool place, I live out of state and love to visit Chrystal bridges when I drive through. This time I took my entire family to visit. But we were sorely disappointed, the entire staff in grey shirts were very cold and rude. The last straw was when we visited the new Frank Loyd Wright exhibit. We are huge fans of his work, and was our main reason to visit this time ‘round. Upon the self guided tour I waved my hand over one of the vents, simply to see if the entire house was functional. I was surprised to find it was. And again, one of the badge heavy employees/volunteers got right in my face, in a stern and over reacting tone he said “do NOT touch ANYTHING” I said, “whoa, I just raised my hand over the vent” and he replied with “fine, but Don’t touch anything!” I felt very disrespected, said which way out gentleman? And left. Upon leaving the guard followed me! Describing my location and what I was wearing over his radio! A horrible customer experience, treating me as though I had stolen when I was simply seeking a nice afternoon with my family. I work security for events and concerts. And would never be so badge heavy, these people need far more training in customer service. I will not be returning to Crystal Bridges.

It is one of the best place to visit in Bentonville. Well maintained, clean with lots of artifacts. Trails are beautiful. Great place to hangout with friends, family or self. Parking was decent. They have small restaurant, servers good coffee and snacks. Most important, it is free entry. Open for all and can visit times and you still find something new.

What a stunning museum. Set in a picturesque valley among the tree and a creek offering multiple trails to hike and walk along with many sculptures along with way. Inside this architectural beauty is a very impressive permanent collection along with some fantastic traveling pieces including Chihuly’s blown glass. Our family visits several times a year to enjoy both the outside and inside. I would put this art museum up against any in New York, Boston, Chicago and London.
