From the moment I was connected with Scott (the Jeep Geek) I knew I was working with a Jeep expert. The customer service I received during correspondence over the phone and via email was clear, concise and easy to follow. Upon meeting Scott and the team and seeing how they support each other and work so well together, I felt even better about this experience. Like many people, my past experience buying a car has always been a major process that I'd rather not go through. I'm usually anxious about it, the back and forth with the deal desk, the fast talkers and explanation of prices and numbers I can't follow, etc. Not really what anyone wants to spend their (valuable) time on.

My experience with the Scap team (Jeep) was completely different than expected. The team at this dealership listened to me, offered ideas and recommendations in a very polite and professional way. They were easy to talk to with no pressure.  They made me a priority. Its clear they have a system for processing the paperwork and they work efficiently to keep you on schedule. I highly recommend visiting the team over at Scap Auto Group to see what they can do for you if you're in the market for a new car. You won't be disappointed!!

This was buy far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scott and his team were honest and excellent. Scott was the most truthful, knowledgeable, down to earth person I've ever worked with while purchasing a car. I plan to keep buying cars from him and Scap. Jeep forever. I also hope to maintain a personal friendship with him and I only knew him for a few short hours.

Thanks again for everything and making this the best car buying experience ever! You will not be disappointed with Scott T, John C, Tori and his team @Scap.

This is my second time returning to Scap Dodge. I had such a great experience with Pete and Tony when I leased my 2016 Challenger, that I knew I absolutely had to come back to custom order my 2018 one! At their foundation, they are just good people; as salesmen, they do right by the customer. They made sure that the car was EXACTLY what I wanted and went over every little detail with me before they placed the order, and they gave me a very good price! They called me the day the car came in (about 2 weeks earlier than originally anticipated nonetheless), and I was able to drive it off the lot that same week. This has been, by far, the most painless car buying experience I’ve had. I would recommend Scap Dodge over any other dealership out there!

Scap is excellent.  It was top notch when I bought my car and for every service need I have.  Even when I sustained a minor accident.  Regarding that incident Phil was absolutely outstanding with his customer service.  He made sure I understood everything needed reassured me my new car wasn't ruined forever and everything he told me was done perfectly.  Not only is he knowledgeable but just such a great people person.  A true asset to the company.  Thank you.
