I had a fantastic experience with this CubeSmart location. Romello was the  best employee to work with. He was very professional, helpful, and efficient. I'm very happy I chose to store my stuff with them!

Met with Ebony; what an amazing experience beginning to end! Ebony explained so much to me, such as the security of the building, the options available (indoor/outdoor/climate control), and was honestly the friendliest person I believe I've ever met. She made me feel incredibly special and valued, as a customer, and as a human. This was the best customer service experience I've ever received in 34 years. Nothing else even comes close. I actually felt really relaxed for the rest of the day after spending a short time with Ebony when she got me started with a storage unit. 

My recommendation would be to give her a raise, or put her in charge of the entire customer service training process. She really knows what she is doing, and exhibits a passion for what she does. The best experience I've had at a business.

I worked with Mellow on Sunday 9/24/17 to rent and move my belongings into a unit.  The facility is very clean.  Customer service was excellent.  I highly recommend this facility.
