Look a girl is just trying to go in and make sure that her father and youngest brother are able to partake in my wedding. What seemed to be the most exciting part of my days was ruined a rude young woman who was relentless with her comments. Man did she dampen my mood. This is what happened: 

Informed her that my dads was paid..." We'll get to that...im not even there yet...just wait"

Going over the policies after processing it....I turn it over for the receipt, yanks it over "oh no were going through the policies....ill go over that in a bit"

Me: I'm just checking that it gets processed correctly and looking over the receipt

Her: you'll get the receipt...what do you think that is...

Me: I'm just trying to make sure

While every male was called "babe" I was treated with disrespect. 

I know every dog has its days but god. If you want to keep your job, keep your customers. I will never return so long as shes there.

Both my fiancée and I were here to purchase a suit and had an amazing experience through the process with Dwight. Fast forward a few weeks to the pick up and we were greeted by a lady at the customer service desk (don't recall her name) who was exceptionally rude and blamed us for not having the ticket for alterations completed. However, it is imperative to note that Dwight was charming and delightful as usual and the tailor was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although disappointed by the suit not being ready at the time originally scheduled, we were happy to see Dwight and the tailor and other staff who were helpful. It is a shame that we were greeted by such a distasteful individual at the beginning of our second visit-customer service 101: customers are paying $$$ for a suit, why'd you want to give an attitude?

$800 suit, 40% off, was still close to $800 after in-house alterations. In the future I'll probably look elsewhere first.
