We kept the trailer for longer then planned and a lady called me on my phone looking for Kirk Byers who our company card is under and COMPANY account. Never stated who she was, and I told her that she called my work cell phone and she was relentless in talking to Kirk. I was totally confused as to why someone who be calling my work cell for him. I then asked who she was and she said she was from the UHAUL place. I then told her I was the one who set that up and that we still had it. She then, even more rude told me well a courtesy call would have been nice. (in a completely unprofessional tone, which mind you was throughout this entire convo) I just hung up on her and told my guy to return ASAP. We will be using a different location or company going forward. Even if it is out of our way. I get you guys need to know when stuff is coming back for rental purposes but there is a way to go about it. I didn’t have time to make a call, I have techs out in the field, equipment rentals, parts I am looking for, customers I am calling, and machines I am trying to get served. I did not have time. We are paying you to have your trailer, it was not like you are missing out on that. She made sure I knew she was charging our card before I hung up. Very nice UHAUL!!!

I visited this store on a Sunday morning. Even though  they were busy,  they took care of people fast so I was out quick. Good customer service too.

These guys suck.  They charged me $22.50 for a toll I ran through, but PAID THE SAME DAY ONLINE.  I even emailed the receipt from IL Tollway to them, and GOT NO RESULTS.  I went to their location and was told to call the disputes department at official Uhaul corporate HQ...after being put on hold for literally 25 minutes, I was told to take it up with IL Tollway.  Why would I do that, when Uhaul is the only one who seems to think I didn't pay the damn toll???  It's not logical, you morons...  These guys don't care about their customers.  They're lazy, incompetent, apathetic kids.  When I went to the location, there was practically an 11 year old girl working, and her manager was like a 17 year old boy.  Yeah, these are the folks I want helping me with my moving truck needs...  Get your shit together, Uhaul.  I'm going with Penske until you do.
