There was a very helpful and kind worker who took the stress off our shoulders and helped us get the perfect storage unit, and then facilitated our move from one storage unit to a smaller one. Donovan was absolutely wonderful. I hope to have him help us again next time we need another space.

I rented a few years ago and Donavan was very helpful and accommodating. We again needed space and I remembered his professionalism so I went back and rented a unit from him today. He was just as helpful as last time. He got me in and out in no time.

It's a self storage place so it is what it is. I made bi-weekly trips for a few months here to de-clutter our house when we were selling it. My only complaint is there were almost never any carts to move you items from the car into the units, as you have to walk down long hallways. I lost a lot of time taking boxes one at a time instead of being able to pile a bunch of boxes on a cart. They need to triple the number of carts they have.

Great experience! Jocelyn and Donovan were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable about the property and services Cube Smart offers. I feel confident and comfortable storing my items. Well done team!! Cheers!
