Run, run very fast from this company.  I would give then a zero if I could.  First, they were four days late for their pick up, and on that fourth day they promised up and down the line they'd be there by morning and didn't show up until 7:30 at night (all the while promising it would just be another hour).  If that wasn't enough, they didn't bring a big enough truck for all of our furniture and had to come back for a last load the next morning (which we never ended up getting).   They were dishonest and unprofessional the entire time.  

It took THREE MONTHS for us to get our stuff, and there was a contract for thirty days.  THREE MONTHS.  And the first load was only half of our stuff and then another month. They kept lying and lying and finally wouldn't return our calls.  Again, the last load of stuff they picked up, we never got, and they claimed we were making it up.  They are terrible and dishonest people and I behoove you to have nothing to do with them.

Full Service Van lines was dishonest and a complete scam.  The hired day workers to  move our stuff, most things were damaged and they delivered 6 weeks late.  Don't believe the phony reviews submitted by employees that work for the company.

I have to say this company is great. I have moved interstate 4 times in the past 6 years because my job has me moving around a lot. I have been through nightmares with moving companies before. I have never used the same company twice. Dealing with Full Service, however, was a pleasure. It was painless and they gave me a fair rate. I moved from Atlanta to Houston and was impressed with how responsive they were to all of my concerns. I will definitely give them they first call when I have to move to Seattle in early 2017 (I think).

October 5, 2015.  Very impressed.  The new owner, John, called me to discuss the challenges we had experienced with our move from Ohio to Oregon.  Apparently, he's following up with any one that wasn't fully satisfied so he can better serve his customers going forward.  Based on our conversation and his pro-active approach, I have confidence that Full Service Vans Lines will be run professionally in the future and will certainly look to his company for assistance on my next move. I recently hired Full Service Van Lines to help with my move from PA to FL. I can say that they made my experience a lot better than expected from what I've always heard about moving companies. The customer services for setting up the appointment was great. They were fair with the pricing and were very prompt in their arrival. My belongings were cautiously moved into my new apartment and I'm very happy with my decision to use them. They helped eliminate an area of moving that I had been stressing over for months. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to contract a moving company.
