Very nice people on phone but did not follow through on getting my car shipped. Promised to fix situation, gave them three days as they requested and finally would not return my phone calls. It is pretty much of a clown show. I would avoid using this broker. I found another shipper Sun Auto Transport. They took the order , assigned a shipper and had it handled in two days. It is how businesses should treat customers. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 CLOWN SHOW

This is the 3rd or 4th time using this company to relocate our vehicles. I have also referred family members to use this company and they have always had great customer service and outcomes. Roy was very nice and informative... and Mikela was very professional, organized, and really made the process of shipping my car easier than expected. She was in constant communication and really strived to make it happen with as little stress as possible. Paul (our driver) was also very pleasant to deal with. He actually was by far the BEST driver I have experienced transporting my car to another state. He was also very professional and trusting. I believe his company was called PAW Trucking Inc but I would highly recommend door to door transport company for your auto transport needs and hopefully Paul would be dispatched for your route also. Thank you all very much. Relocating to another state while selling and buying a home, starting new jobs is stressful enough- it was nice to have your company make things go through very smoothly! Thank you again!

Great company. Easy payments, minimal cost, and fast service. Called on a Monday, got a Driver on a Wednesday, car was picked up on a Thursday and dropped on the following Monday with no damage from Arizona to Texas for less than a $1,000. Customer service was superb, and they accept PayPal payments! The only reason I did not give them a five star review was because of an incident I had with the rude Driver upon dropping the car off, which was fixed in a matter of minutes.

Extremely disappointing company to work with. Total lack of communication with clients and drivers. They are quick to make promises but woefully short on living up to them. Consistently missing pick up and delivery dates that leave you scrambling at the nth hour. A real nightmare experience.

Highly not recommended! They claim to be good cause they don't charge deposits ( which a lot of other company do too), get you a reasonable quote so your car will be picked up in time. They do tell you the truth is all the campany give you a low quote and later they will tell you the driver wants more money so do you want to pay more or keep waiting. They do exactly the same as others. I scheduled my car pick up by 12/14 with 1-3 day window. The earliest pick up was 12-21 and price is 150more than the quote.
